You start reading up on the city's transportation system. A good two hours later, a car pulled up and Ipsina got out.

It rings. "Mr. John Doe I am Ipsina Fredock, your new secretary." She said in a sweet voice as you open the door.

"I am always at their service. What is my assignment?" She asked, placing her bag next to the desk. "You will be staying with me from now on." You answer and go back to the armchair. Ipsina looked at you confused. "We're going to be busy in the future, and it's better if you don't have long commutes." Ipsina nodded.

Her document said that she is a tactician, you want to test that. "Ipsina what should be the best way to improve my power position?" You ask and sit back.

"Very well Mr. Doe as you wish." Ipsina went to the TV and plugged in a USB stick. "As you can see from these statistics, all influential businesses are run by required women, or aces themselves. The supplying companies and subcontractors are intentionally kept small. So there is supposedly no option to gain influence with a few steps. However, my research has shown that there is a need for repair specialists of computer-controlled drive systems. These are needed not only in the mobility sector but also in factories and other plants. So if one company fills this gap, it would be possible to gain influence over many subcontractors and suppliers and unite them."

She looked at you expectantly. "Ipsina please don't be angry with me, but you didn't create this research in two hours without knowing what I want, did you?" You asked thoughtfully. Ipsina looked at the floor. "No, Mr. Doe, I started this research three years ago." She paused. "I was already secretary to three aces, but all of them found my research too remote. They preferred to get power quickly, so they released me after a while, but I." You interrupted her by raising your hand and she immediately fell silent. "I already had such an idea myself. How much would it cost and how long would it take and what are the risks?"

She looks at you in wonder. "It would take at least 3 permanent claims and about 1 year. The risk is great if you carry out the plans too obviously. However, this is necessary if you don't have enough capital reserves."
