How is Mike's behavior explained by his teacher?

"Well class, as Mr. Brosnon has decided to see fit to share with everyone, he is currently wearing a diaper. Now then I'm sure many of you are wondering why would a student in high school be wearing diapers? The answer is because we grew sick of cleaning up his messes. At some point Mr. Brosnon decided that he simply didn't wish to use a toilet anymore and simply started going wherever he was. As you would imagine this would leave quite a mess for the custodians to clean up and quite frankly the smell was simply horrid. We spoke to his parents and they said how he did not have this problem at home. So it was decided that if he wished to not use school bathrooms, he would have to wear diapers. So please take it in dear students a stunning example of a student's foolishness. Mr. Brosnon, you may return to your seat." She finished irately

Upon getting back to his seat Mike decided to up the ante and pulled out the notebook once more.

New Rule: If Mike gets in trouble for exposing himself, his pants are to be confiscated for the remainder of the day.

"On second thought Mr. Brosnon, seeing as you've seen fit to expose yourself to everyone you won't be needing your pants. Please remove them and bring them to me." She held her arm out expectantly and the class turned all eyes on him.
