given up

in all of texas's life she has tried to expose the mayor for her corruption and every time she has tried it ends up in failure after failure to train robberies, to fraud to bank robberies and every time she has tried to the warden ramshackle would patronize her for threating her boss and has gotten on her nerves bit by little bit. but today would be the last straw.

we cut to Texas getting yelled at by ramshackle after another bank robbery perpetrated by vivian where she escaped and with her emplyoees captured and locked up. and her back in office

Texas: i'm telling you vivian was behind it why won't you Understand!

Ramshackle: this is getting really tried Texas! if you don't stop this crusade the next meeting we have and it's about Vivian you have slipped up big time and your badge will be taken and you out of the job now i need to apologise the mayor since she's in a bad mood. and i hope you go back to work but if you complain about the mayor one more time YOU ARE FINISHED!

she leaves the sheriff's office and Texas begins fume up she has finally snapped because of this last attempt to exspose Vivian she is now threaten and being told to let go of this crusade and if she get's involved in one of her schemes again and she will escape it's end of her job.

She looks at her pistol and badge and her hands begins to shake she was DONE with this stinkin town done with Vivian Done with Justice Done with the law and Done being told what to do. she throws her badge and gun to the wall where her gun breaks on impact and brings out her sheriff's rope and rips it in half.

She has made her decision she was quitting following the law and if the whole system is corrupted then so be it she will become a criminal and form the baddest gang that another town will reconize.

April comes in and sees the office tore to bits.

April: Texas what happend did crooks come and did this or roxxie.

Texas: No April I did it.

APril: what WHY!

Texas: Because i'm tired of this i tried to expose vivian and like she escaped and then warden threaten me to let it go and gave me a warning that if i continued this i'm finished so i'm done april if the law can't be finished then screw it i'm going to the other side.

April processes the saying until it hits her

April: what your going to become an outlaw criminal but that will make you wanted and like roxxie and the others and you'll go down in history as the most traitorist sheriff

Texas: I don't care april if the law can't be fixed then maybe the outlaw life is good for me and maybe forever because i'm sick and tired of this.
