(My apologies this chapter has taken so long to come out, my sickness has been keeping me from being able to do much. I hate feeling useless so I am trying to finish this chapter as soon as possible. Also to those desiring the lewd stuff, my apologies again. Things will be getting lewd eventually, but currently the MC is focusing on training. I can keep the focus on that if you'd all like or I can do another time skip to get to the lewd stuff faster. Please leave a comment to let me know what you'd prefer.)

First thing I went with was a trip into the training sphere, spending a few hours going through as many of the starting training programs I could. The very first one I got through was for a full auto **** rifle, when I completed the first one I found myself with a pop up screen in front of me.
Congratulations! You've gained AR PROFICIENCY! Continue training with your weapon to improve it or train another weapon to gain another proficiency!
I went right into the next training program, working my way through a few other weapons, trying to gain proficiency with as many as I could before I would head into doing actual runs. There didn't seem to be any limits on how many proficiency's I could get, so why not right? I only stopped in time for lunch, by then I had gained proficiency for **** Rifles, Pistols, Revolvers, Shotguns, Sub Machine Guns and an assortment of close combat weapons. So I opened up what was my inventory and pulled the weapons I'd already trained with a little inside, getting myself set up so I'd be able to fight enemies at any range, hopefully...

With my set up taken care up, I headed for the training room and selected ****, doing one last check to make sure I was as prepared as I could be. Finally I began the **** wave, First thing I started with were the pistol's, summoning my elementals to keep the enemies back. I used my pistol to take a few shots, focusing on the closest enemies I could, trying to keep them from getting overwhelming. I got through the first several waves with ease, wave 5 coming in shortly and getting rushed by summons, the few trying to get past them getting gunned down easily with a few shots at most. The goblins weren't an issue, but the orks were a little difficult, specifically their armor protecting them from damage for a few moments, the armor not able to protect them from bullets though. Getting to wave 8 and 9 took almost no time at all, wave 10 started and I found myself staring up at something called an Ogre Chief, wielding a club the size of small car no less! This... I REALLY need to NOT get hit by that...

With that I took shots at it, my pistols doing damage in little chunks, apparently my pistols inflicted a bleeding status effect as I saw the Ogre Chief bleeding quite a bit, his health bar trickling down further and further slowly. With the elementals charging, biting, clawing at him, he bled out and died rather quickly. "Huh... so that was a mini boss I think?" I thought out loud before continuing on. I managed to keep going with much less difficulty than before, wave 11 having several dozen more enemies including a new enemy type, Gnolls which were bipedal hyena's and clearly weren't expecting to get gunned down. I got to wave 15 without a serious spike in difficulty, helped though when I found out I could pull the ammo from my inventory STRAIGHT into my guns to basically auto reload without ejecting the magazine. I started the new wave and saw a Boss appear, something called an Ogre Lord. What I saw was a monster nearly 3 times the size of the other Ogre's, damn thing was wearing armor and using a metal spiked club like weapon. "Is that fucking PLATE ARMOR?!" I asked with wide eyes, staring in surprise at the size of it for a moment. I switched over to my **** rifle, starting to pelt some of my most damaging ammo at the boss.

As the boss got closer I pulled out my revolver, I kept it loaded with the adamantium bullets, took aim and fired. FUCK! Feeling my arms shake from recoil I found myself landing back on my ass, the large round blowing a hole in the armor, through the bosses body and out the other side. "...Holy shit..." I took aim and fired at it's leg as I got back to my feet, taking aim and pulling the trigger as I braced myself better this time, still stumbling back a little but managing to stay standing. Meanwhile the massive bosses Knee exploded, his leg completely separating as he collapsed to the ground and started to crawl towards me. Taking aim a third time I fired just in time to destroy the bosses arm on the same side, it was **** to slow down, struggling now to not go in circles. Meanwhile the rest of the wave was being held off quite well, when the wave finally ended I called it there, heading back to rearm and plan out my next training session. Up next? Defense.

That would have to wait until tomorrow however, as I received a message that I was needed at the office as soon as possible. Apparently Waller had sent someone to try and make trouble for me and my company. I got cleaned up so there wouldn't be any lingering smell of gunpowder and teleported over direct to my office, opening my door I stepped out and handled business as best I could. Some scientists I'd sent messages off too had arrived to talk about potentially joining the company. I spent the rest of that day focusing on the company, throughout the rest of the week I handled business and made sure there would be enough time in for training.
