convince her to go with him

You: “He must really love you if he is willing to do all of that.”

Megan: “I once thought he did.” she sups

You: “He must have been a good guy to make you fall in love with him, and I know you still have feelings for him, or else you would not have even brought this up.”

Megan, still crying: “You may be right, but how can I trust him?”

You: “well think about it this way. If he ever does cheat on you again, you are set for life.”

Megan: “I guess you’re right, but what about you and what we had?

You: “Don’t worry about that. I’m still young. go be with him.”

Megan: “Ok, but I’m going to need some space to get you and what we did out of my mind so that I can focus on patching things up with him.”

You: “Ok.” you smile at her and take the hint. You turn and start walking towards the door.

Megan, her voice crackling from the emotion: “But, if we patch things up, I want you to come to our wedding if that is ok with you?”

You don’t turn around because you know she is crying: “ok, I’ll be there.” you then walk out of the room. For the next two weeks, you do as she asked an avoid all contact with her. You sit in the back of the class, and you don’t email her at all. Which of course, hurts your grades, but you still see hints of her giving you breaks on wrong answers.

After two weeks, you get a text message from her.

“We work things out the wedding is in a week, please come”

You don’t answer her back, but you plan ongoing.

A day later, to your surprise, you get another text from her.

“I need to talk to you in my office NOW there is a problem! I need your help!”

So you run straight to her office, and she is they’re crying.

You: “What’s wrong.”

Megan: “Its was going so well with Richard. But I’m scared I have news that might ruin it all.”

You: “tell me the news, and I’ll help you through it.”

Megan: “Well … I am … pregnant, and it is too close to when he and I started having sex to be his. So … it … must be … yours.
