"I notice your breasts look quite a bit larger now then they did when you are naked." Janet said as she started the car. "Are you wearing a padded bra?"

"What? NO!" Lauren lied, crossing her arms over her chest.

"Lauren, please. It does no good to lie to your therapist..." Janet chided.

"Aren't you just my therapist's secretary?" Lauren asked.

"Assistant, and currently finishing my degree in psychology." Janet explained. "Dr. Feldman asked me to help with your therapy. And, I notice you're still not answering the question..."

"OKAY! FINE!" Lauren threw up her hands, annoyed. "I'm wearing... some extra support, okay?!"

"Well, honestly Lauren it's not okay. It implies a deep seeded insecurtiy. This is probalby the root of your problem. You need to accept your natural body to get over these issues your having."

"Fine. How do I do that?" Lauren asked.

"Well, first of all you need to accept the way you are naturally. There's nothing wrong with not being well endowed!" Lauren blushed furiously as Janet went on.

"I mean it! Big breasts are a pain! There's plenty of advantages to your natural, small chest."

"Oh yeah?" Lauren pouted. "Name one!"

"Well, I have a 38 DD, " Janet said, gesturing at her chest which was so large it almost brushed the steering wheel as she drove.

"Yeah, I noticed." Lauren said sarcastically. How could you not notice?

"Well, it's a total hassle!" Janet said. "I have to wear a wire frame bra all the time. I get back pain. Men cat call me constantly! With your natural breasts, you probably don't even need to wear a bra!"

That was true, though Lauren would not admit it.

"Heck, you could probably walk around topless if you wanted and be accepted! I'd go straight to jail if I tried something like that!"

"I would too!" Lauren said.

"Oh really?" Janet said. "We'll see about that..."
