an imprecise wish

"I wish Sarah has all the memories, knowledge, and abilities of this life as my daughter - but that she still knows everything about our old life together."

The coin gave a brief burst of heat when we wished, then cooled completely. Tom wasn't sure how he knew but he sensed that those two powerful wishes back-to-back had temporarily exhausted the coin's energy.

He felt Sarah's body against him shudder as he finished his wish, and he saw her blink rapidly. She acted confused at how discovering how closely she was pressed against him. Then she looked down and seemed to suddenly realize that she was grasping his groin, rubbing his erection through his pants.

Sarah jumped back with a yell. "What the fuck !?!" she said in shock. Raising her eyes to meet Tom's she growled "Dad! What the hell did you do?"

She grabbed Tom's shirt with her fist and pushed him angrily.

Tom was taken totally off-guard. Why was Sarah acting so strange? "Sarah..." he began. "What's wrong? Don't you remember who you are?"

She stopped. Her eyes glazed over momentarily as she stood still, seemingly lost in thought. After a minute she let Tom go and stepped back warily.

"You made a wish..." she began. "I ... I'm so confused...."

She shook her head. "You wished something about 'knowledge of our old life'. If I think about it I can see it but it feels unreal, almost like a weird recurring dream, or a movie I've seen a hundred times."

She scrunched her face as if concentrating. "Urgh, it's me as an old woman - like your age or something. And ...." she paused for a second and her face got a horrified expression. "OH MY GOD. You and her ... me ... having sex. I'm going to be sick!"

She turned and ran off before Tom could say anything in response. He looked down at the coin in his hand and asked himself "What just happened?!?"
