a pair of clones

in front of Naruto was a pair of large glass containers. floating inside of them was a pair of red heads that looked identical to each other. looking at them they appeared to be in their late teens. taking a closer look Naruto could swear they looked like younger versions of his mother. "So, what am I looking at," asked Naruto to a clone reading notes.

"Snake face tried his hand at making clones," said the clone. "It appears mummy man Danzo gave him some of mom's DNA to use. he wanted emergency containers if something happened to her."

"Good thing we never trusted him," said Naruto. he had only met the man a few times and he gave Naruto a bad feeling. "So, what happened to them?"

"Most were not viable till the last two," said the clone pointing at the tubes. "The problem is that they are completely brain dead. so, the body is there but no one is home."

"They are still alive," Naruto said in shock.

"Yeah, the solution they are in is supposed to keep them in a coma like state and supply them nutrients as well. he may be a bastard, but snake face knows what he is doing," said the clone.

"Anything else done to them," asked Naruto.

"Not that I am seeing," said the clone.

"I wonder," asked Naruto. when he heard they were brain dead he wondered if there was a way to transfer his mother and Kurumi minds to them. he will have to meditate and see if his mother knows of a seal that can do it.
