Zane's banter

After both Nora and Blair had showered, they met Nora's Father at the dining table. He was wearing a simple white dress shirt, blue vest, and blue business pants. Nora was wearing a lovely yellow sun dress and matching shoes. Blair felt a little out of place without a change of clothing as of yet. On the bright side, Nora had received a call telling her that Blair's new clothes were ready. They were going to be delivered to Nora's place in a few minutes. They both sat down to join Zane for breakfast, a lovely meal was awaiting them, waffles, bacon, hash browns, sausage, eggs, and orange juice.

Zane was the first to speak, "I was beginning to wonder if you two would ever come down, but I am glad to see you are both well rested." He watched them as they sat down. "You both look in good spirits, anything this old man should know about?" Nora quickly shook her head. "No, no, umm, we both slept well, Father." He nodded slightly. "Well, let's enjoy this meal. I imagine there are things you wish to get back too before the day gets wild in ways you don't desire." Nora's mouth gaped for a moment. Blair chuckled before saying. "Yes, but we don't want anyone snooping in on us either, Zane." He stuck out his tongue playfully at Blair. "Well, at least someone gets my humor." Blair gently closed Nora's mouth for her with a finger before kissing her cheek. "He is just trying to tease you for having me over. He is so much nicer than my dad." A new exclamation flashed that popped up, this one after she saw it was likely to tease her.

Blair could feel her desires growing a little bit again. She could see the correlation between those ranks and thinking about her Father, great, something easily ranked up, but it was a hindrance not a bonus. Zane smiled. "Oh? Well, maybe some day I will meet the man. He has raised a lovely and well mannered daughter." Blair blushed slightly. "That is kind of you to say, but I do not think you would be so charmed if you were ever to meet my Father." Another exclamation flashed, but ignored it, she was certain what it was. She moved a hand to Nora's thigh. Zane nodded slightly. "I will leave it at that." He took in a light breath. "Please, do eat before your food gets cold." They all began eating and enjoyed light conversation here and there. She let that new exclamation pop up.

She let out a breath as the increased desire hit her, but focused on eating. She felt Nora's hand touch her inner thigh, this didn't help her own excitement, but she smiled to Nora. Henry headed quickly to Zane's side just before Zane could finish his meal, Henry whispered something into his ear. "Hmm, I see. Thank you, Henry. This would be a good exercise for our newest contractor." Zane's eyes looked to Blair. "It would seem you two will get some one on one time, but not in a pleasurable fashion." Both Blair and Nora looked a little confused while looking at Zane, but they had a minor idea on what he meant. "It looks like there are remnants from Alatar's necromancy near Falcon High School. They are contained for the time being, but leaving them will only cause more trouble. I want you two to take care of it. Our scouts have found there to be several zombies, carrion birds, zombie dogs, and skeletons. There is also an unconfirmed report of there being a lackey in the area. I trust this will be a easy task for you both, but do be careful. The undead can do unexpected things if left unchecked." Nora stood up, a bit of waffle still upon her lip. "It will be done, Father." Blair stood up and leaned up to pick that piece of waffle from Nora's lip and ate it. "Mm, we'll take care of it, Zane." Nora blushed, it looked like she did not realize she had waffle on her face.

It wasn't long after that they were in Nora's car and headed towards Falcon High School. Blair was excited, this would be her first battle with Nora and the possibility of more loot was high.
