Yukino

A gyaru girl of the kogal variant which seems to be more popular nowadays and the current third tallest girl of the series, after Tina and Helena, funny how they're all blondes. She's also a fan of Tamaki and her fashion career. Her hair is dyed though, sometimes it'll be brown, like it normally is, or blonde, when it's dyed.
