You answer the comm and recognize the voice on the other end as being your contact from the syndicate.

"A mobile command will be outside of your present location in five." You are told tersely.

"Copy that." You acknowledge. "We'll need a prisoner transport as well."

There's a short pause before you receive the answer. "Understood, a prisoner transport will accompany."

The Fox has heard the exchange and is already cutting the bindings on Abigail's legs. Her wrists the assassin leaves tied behind her back. Smiling maliciously the Fox produces the syringe she stole from Abigail's lab and injects the groggy hacker.

"Wh..what? My serum! You fucking bitch." As dazed as she is Abigail recognizes the syringe and realizes that any chance she had of logging off is gone.

Bullying the exhausted tech to her feet the Elf slips the lab coat over the naked chick's shoulders and buttons up the front.

You all head downstairs, yourself taking the lead with guns at the ready and the Fox supporting and pushing the prisoner behind you. A mobile command vehicle and a smaller armoured van pull up just as you get to the hotel's door onto the street. A couple of heavily armed agents jump out of the smaller van, relieve you of your prisoner and hustle her into the transport before speeding away.

The Fox and you go into the command van, where the well dressed, cigar smoking human you met earlier is waiting.

"Good work on springing the Fox, Bear." The man congratulates you. "And good job the pair of you for nabbing that bitch Abigail."

"That was a pleasure, not that I'll be turning down any bonus that's going." You tell him.

"Hmm, yes of course. I'll authorize payment for you both immediately." The human agrees. "So you learned something of what Big is up to I gather."

You and the Fox take turns relaying the information you've learned of the scheme Big and his organisation has in motion. Your contact looks thoughtful and concerned as the full scale of Big's plans are revealed to him.

"Abigail was more important than we imagined." He says at last. "Without her hacking skills the whole plan should fall apart. Big has probably made quite a tidy profit from this already, but it would have taken Abigail's expertise to counter the security sweeps that we'll be commencing to shut the scam down. As soon as we get her to our own labs we'll pump that slut so full of truth **** she'll give us all we need to identify her, Big and the rest of those crooks."

It looks as though you have the mission sewn up and have saved the day. Any celebration is soon put on hold as red lights begin to flash on the communication equipment and your contact receives a stream of messages.

"The transport is under attack." He relays to you sounding worried. "Big is attempting to rescue Abigail!"
