Your sister (19)

Your sister walks into your room, her large DD breasts, with very little sagging considering their size, face you with no bra, the cleavage between containing a thin coating of moisture, probably sweat. You notice her hair is also soaked with presumably sweat as you hadn't heard the shower. The smell of shit was overpowering, you couldn't smell her sweat or anything else. You shied away as best as you could, considering you couldn't particularly move, you realised your sister was going to make fun of you for pissing and shitting yourself, it's likely she has to look after you as your mum spends all day working, and you haven't seen your dad in several years.

Instead of a snarky smile you was expecting, your sister gave a sincere smile,

"I know you just woke up from a concussion, but your already an adult shitting and pissing yourself like that." She exclaimed with no hint of sarcasm. Your taken aback as far as you can, about a millimetre, as you vaguely remember the dream you had while you were knocked out, but you don't remember everything. You start to smile as you think of the possibilities,

"Wait. why am I not in a hospital if I had a concussion?" You ask in shock, you were so caught up in the fact that your sister wasn't ruining your life and missed that crucial part.

"What's a hospital, were you having some weird **** dreams, we weren't sure before but it appears that you may have memory problems, especially since you can't tell a dream from reality. So you probably hate me being the one to do this, but I'll answer any questions and I wont judge if they're weird, ok?" Your sister pulls up a chair that was next to your desk and scrunches her nose a little but sits right next to you.

You decide that you do have to ask questions, since there are no hospitals that tells you that this reality is somehow very different from your original, you wonder if you can make it back, but she wont be able to answer that and you half prefer it here,

"Do we have to only wear underwear?" You can't fully remember what the dream said as you feel some time had passed.

Your sister smiles,

"Ooh planning on going naked, your in luck then, recently they passed a law that allows you to walk around naked as long as you have access to some underwear to do your poop in, piss doesn't really matter at the moment as they haven't found a way to contain it." She answers joyfully with that initial joke showing that immediately she didn't think of more clothes but less, which you realise means your probably going to be cold in the winter- maybe your original reality wasn't so bad.

"What happens if we get injured then?" You can't help it, you don't really want to die in this reality, you'd prefer to make it back to your original reality if you are likely to die,

"What do you mean injured? the most damage that can happen to a person is a head injury causing memory problems like you, people don't die like 500 years ago and our skin is thick enough to not get pierced easily, so it's unlikely you'll get injured again and pain is often used for fun." You smile a cold smile, immortality... you can't really believe it,

"What about sex then, surely it's nothing special if everyone is in underwear?" You ask just out of curiosity,

Your sister is completely unfazed,

"Sex is a compliment, you do it with people who you enjoy being around, it can be literally anyone and children that are conceived are typically taken into the males family unless they don't want it." You smile at the possibilities,

"Do you have to poop in underwear?" You ask out of curiosity it's your final question,

"Usually, but you could do it straight onto the pile or a family members mouth, the point is that it doesn't end up on the street and eventually ends up on the pile, even if it has to go through another person. In some ways it's better to go in someone's mouth, but the taste is so bad that it isn't generally done, otherwise everyone would be naked." You freak out as she says that last part, you pop an instant boner, as you come up with your actual last question...
