Your nipples immediately stiffen. You shake within the restraints with your arms locked painfully high behind your back. You whimper as she works the cold cream into your breasts. She makes soft soothing noises as she continues to work more and more cream into your flat chest. Her red lips curl in a knowing smile as she seems to give your rock hard nipples extra attention. "Good girl!" she praises giving your forehead a gentle kiss before leaving and disappearing into the dim room.
