You feel a heavy nausea from Arno’s groin attacks, leaving you weak and breathless. But you still feel like you can defeat the smaller male, bolstered by your comeback attack. Trying to capitalize on your momentum, you exert a titanic effort and fight through your pain, pushing yourself unsteadily to your feet. You fight down a wave of dizziness and weakness as your testicles throb in pain, and you stumble towards Arno, who is still on his knees, deeply focused on his own inner struggle.

You reach Arno and grab him by his hair, shooting two quick punches to his face, blacking his right eye. You then deliver a heavy chop across his throat and chest, making him gasp and sputter. You have him on the ropes!
