Lacey submitted to her fate, making peace with the fact that she was going to die so that her daughter may live. That was enough.

By now, the demon was beginning to recover. Any question of whether this foul thing was actually human went out the door as Lacey watched its wounded face repair itself. A burst eyeball reinflated like a balloon before plugging itself back into its socket. Burns and wounds dissolved, leaving unblemished crimson skin in their place. The demon had only been temporarily injured by Lacey. Those injuries were now gone, leaving nothing but unbridled rage.

“You filthy bitch! How dare you interfere with my pleasure?”

Lacey had nothing to lose. She was incapacitated and helpless. The demon would do with her what he pleased, no matter what she did.

“How dare you touch my daughter like that,” she spat back.

Anger rippled across The demon’s face only to be replaced a moment later by something much worse: a smile. A big, toothy, entertained grin. Somehow, this filled Lacey with more fear than anything else.

“What a strong will you have! Much stronger than your daughter’s.”

The demon seemed size Lacey up. His eyes slithered over her body, drinking in the details. This made Lacey want to vomit.

“Just kill me already. Stop wasting my time,” Lacey said.

The demon shook his head.

“Killing you would be such a waste. You are far too interesting. Your strong will, your sharp mind, your body - these are all valuable to me.”

Lacey went cold. She hadn’t considered a possibility where she survived this situation. Given the demon’s reaction, such a fate was probably worse than ****.

“You don’t want me. I’m just a shriveled old woman. Just drink my blood or eat me and be done with it!”

Another arrogant chuckle from the demon.

“You aren’t that old. Your body still has a lovely feminine charm to it. What age has taken can be reclaimed and then some. What’s more, time has given you wisdom, strength, and grace. I see it now. My lust drove me towards the younger one, but you are just as useful of a catch. Perhaps more so.”

Lacey stumbled backwards, hoping adrenaline would give her the strength to ignore the pain. Instead, she fell right on her ass. She tried getting back up and immediately felt a jolt of agony from her right leg. She was going nowhere.

“Don’t be afraid, human,” the demon said. “You were brave earlier. You challenged me when grown men would piss their pants and flee. I don’t want to punish you. I want to give you a gift.”

“Please no!” Lacey begged.

A gift from a demon was nothing to look forward to. She had to get away, but how?

Before Lacey could think of anything, the demon held up his finger and said, “let’s get you in the mood first, shall we?”

Then the foul creature began to speak in a strange tongue that seemed to darken the air around him, filling it with shadows. A moment later, a jet of black mist shot from the demon’s finger directly at Lacey. The mist spread Across Lacey’s body before absorbing into her skin. The moment it entered the woman’s body, it filled her with a growing heat.

Before long, this heat eclipsed the physical pain, the fear, everything. It became Lacey’s entire being. This heat was centered on her crotch, making her sipping wet in seconds.

“Make it stop!” She whimpered.

And yet, there were already whispers to the contrary in the middle-aged mother’s brain. Even as she fought these strange urges, her body began to invite conquest.
