You wake up the next morning

It takes you a moment or two to work out where you are when you wake up. You’re in your own bed, but are struggling to remember how you got here.

You can feel Carrie pressed against you, her naked leg wrapped over your legs. She’s stroking your arm gently.

“You ok?” she asks. “You had quite a night.”

“I think so,” you say. “That wasn’t what I was expecting.”

“What were you expecting?” Carrie asks.

You laugh and say, “I don’t really know. But dominatrix Carrie was a new character to me. Is there something you haven’t been telling me.”

“Not at all,” says Carrie. “It was something Maud saw in me and suggested I explore.”

“And what did it feel like?” you ask.

“It was an interesting experience and I could do it again, but what was more interesting to me was the idea I could become different people and do different things. This week has freed me from thinking there is a particular way to do things, if you see what I mean.”

“That seems like a pretty powerful way of looking at the world,” you say.

“It is,” says Carrie. “But it’s a power I have over myself. I think others would find that quite scary.”

“It’s like you’ve become a sexual superhero and your super power is you have the power to choose. I hope you are one of the good guys.”

Carrie play punches you on the shoulder. “Of course I am and I still only want you. But now I want you to discover yourself in the same way. What do you think?”
