You wake up... in bondage?

You steadily come to, the colors of the forest blurrily returning to your eyes. Did you seriously just pass out for the second time in two days? That had to be a new record.

As your faculties return in full, you become aware of your surroundings. You're upright, and tied to a tree through an intricate web knots and bindings. ...Dear fucking lord, have you been transported into a porn movie?

"Sorry; was a little bored." You look up. The woman stands several feet away, reapplying the sticker to her forehead; she must have caught your look at the vines which hold you. "Looks like I still got it." She smiles ever so slightly at her handiwork.

You respond with a glare. "Why did you attack us? Where's Yu?"

The ghost of a smile is replaced by her previous serious expression. "It's a mistake to assume somebody needs an excuse to attack you here. This is a kill-or-be-killed situation. And the hero is right above you." Sure enough, a look skyward reveals your friend, still in the same position; she wears a furious expression, but spares you a nod.

"...And in regards to me capturing you, not attacking; that's an important difference, I need to know what kind of people you are. Your goals."

"Excuse me?" Yu asks incredulously. "You trapped me and rushed Ren, and now you're preaching about how you didn't really attack us?"

"If you attack someone, you're aiming to kill. Most likely, someone won't be leaving with their life. Or that's how it should be, if you have the determination. If I wanted you dead, we wouldn't be talking right now. You're unblemished." the woman shoots back. "And I'd hope to keep it that way. Anyways, I basically did you a favor. Any further and you'd be trespassing. Also, technically didn't trap you, just led you into a trap I knew was there. That's an important difference."

The two woman continue arguing back and forth. Seeing as how this is getting nowhere, you eventually decide to cut in. "HEY! You wanted to know some crap, right?"

The woman stops, before clearing her throat. "Ahem. Right. I've been following you for a while. Located you by the smoke from that fire you set." She gestures towards Yu. "When I found out about your quirk... I decided this had to happen. It's too dangerous. You will shift the power balance, no matter what group you ally yourself with. But, I'm willing to give you a chance. So tell me; why are you here? What are your goals?"

You say nothing. She shrugs. "I could just leave you. People can't survive upside down indefinitely you know. The blood will slowly pool in her head, the weight of her other organs crushing her lungs, until it's too late. And you'll have to live with the fact that she died, because she wasn't willing to fall and kill you."

Yu finally speaks up. "FINE. Fine. The guy who teleported us here seemed impressed by our quirks. All we want to do is get the hell out of here. I certainly don't care about any 'power struggle'. Happy?"

The woman seems satisfied with that answer. Drawing her knife, she deftly cuts you free, before scampering up the tree and pulling Yu up. As Yu flops onto the thick tree branch, the woman pauses, before palming Yu's breast. "The hell!?" Yu snaps, slapping away her hand. "That's some implant. You can't even tell." the woman replies. "I do NOT have implants." Yu retorts angrily.

As the two reach the ground, the woman clears her throat once again. "Listen. This is a golden opportunity, that you're only going to get once. You can take your chances and leave, and be dead within a month or a **** to M or Kugo, or you can join up with me. I've survived here for nearly two years, mostly on my own. I'm one of the very few who have. It's tough. But with the three of us? It won't be. I know how this island works. And I'm one of the few people who hasn't given up hope of getting off."
