You stay in the ship

"Actually, we better wait this out in the ship," you determine.

"Okay," Elene nods, although you seen on her that she is unsure about your reasoning.

Your efforts bear fruit however, as merely a couple minutes later, some sort of a creture emerges from the ground in front of your vessel. It looks human enough, although it has the same color as the ground, and you are pretty sure that it just spawned from it.

"The guns?" Elena asks.

"The guns," you nod.

And seconds later, you see a red projectile, blowing the creature into a myriad of pieces.

"Do you think if we encountered it down there...?" Elena asks.

"Yeah," you nod. "You sure you we are not getting up from here?"

"Not until we have a new FTL drive," she answers.

"Well, let's move on then."
