You spot a street preacher (new encounter).

You go for a walk down the street. Soon enough you come to a small public square, with a fair amount of foot traffic and a few people buying and selling things from each other's market stalls. In one corner of the square stands a temple to the Goddess of Light. On the cobblestones in front of the temple stands a priestess of the Goddess of Light, preaching to the passing peasants. She's tall, blonde, pretty and primly dressed in a priestess' white habit and wimple. A very small crowd has gathered to watch her speak. Most people are crossing the square to avoid her.

"And all ye sinners with lust in their hearts shall perish in the fires of the Goddess, for lo, she she sees all, and she shall judge harshly those who smoulder with the flames of concupiscent sin, for they are judged unclean in the eyes of the Goddess. And when the end times come, all those who have looked upon one another with lustful eyes, shall be condemned as unworthy, and burn they shall in the furnace of damnation..."

Weird, but not really your business. You try to avoid her but she steps out in front of you, blocking your path. "You, sir! I can smell the stench of wicked lust blazing in your very soul! Shall you not come with me and be reborn in the waters of the blessed temple?"

You politely step aside, but she follows you, standing in your way and making sure you can't pass. "Or will you forever be the plaything of imps and horrors in the underworld of the Blazing Lady, Mistress of Eternal Shame? Only you can choose the fate of your soul, traveller!"

"I'm sorry, but would you kindly leave me alone? I have an important errand to run."

"No errand could possibly be more important than this!" She's not letting it rest, getting right up in your face and even having the temerity to lay hold of your arm. "You must come with me now, foolish sinner! Surrender to the will of the Goddess!"
