You should probably go check on the spiders anyway

Eventually, the warm sunlight lulls Dana to sleep. You pick her up gently, and put her to bed. You stand still for a moment, wondering what to do. Finally, in the absence of anything better to do, you decide you might as well go see how the spiders are doing. You get up, and leave the lair. You start to move, then stop. You don't actually know where the spiders are.

You give a small shrug of your shoulders. Well, you should be able to find them with a little searching. They should be somewhere nearby. How hard could it be?

An hour or so later, you have your answer. Hard, very hard. You wouldn't exactly say you're lost. You crossed the path running through the woods a while back. However, you have never been to this part of the forest before, and you're not sure how to get back to the Lair without using the path. You'd really rather not resort to using it. You don't want to risk running into any annoying heroes.

You keep trudging forward through the woods. At this point, you're not even sure if you're heading in the right direction. Suddenly, the trees stop, and a cliff rises up in front of you. Definitely not heading in the right direction.

Defeated, you give a sigh and turn to find the path. Then, your eye catches something: a dark hole set into the cliff face. Cool! A cave! You feel the urge to go check it out. You've never been inside a cave before. Besides, maybe it would be a nice home for the spiders. Didn't you say you'd help them find a new home?
