You see mountains

You look up and see high mountains in the distance, you think you even see something flying around up there, but you can't be sure. "This place is really expansive isn't it? Are the walls painted that way? Really an expert job."

Your guide lets out a laugh, "Painted he says! Sure, painted with moving clouds, a rising sun, and everything else." He takes a moment to get his laughter under control. "I'm sorry, that was unprofessional, but it took me by surprise. No, that's not painted, nor is it a visual trick. Those are actually mountains. In fact, it's pretty much considered it's own habitat which means, you guessed it, there are residents up there."

With a nod you have to ask, "So I can go up there then? How would I..."

looking a littler nervous, your guide motions to the side where there is a line of bikes. "The residents up there tend to have this thing when it comes to fitness. It makes sense when you think about it. Birds of prey, bears, and other such animals in the wild have to be quite powerful to survive, or they've evolved ways to protect themselves from the powerful; but here such residents tend to be placed elsewhere. It seems that even here, many residents maintain certain base attributes that go beyond the physical".

"That said, if you are heading up there, you'll have to take a little bike ride. Oh don't worry, the bike itself is pretty state of the art, and does almost all the work for you. Don't ask me how it actually works, an engineer I am not. Long story short, you'll basically be riding a motorcycle up a hill, all those mountains have clear paths up them. I'll be giving you a small radio in case you want to contact me, because I won't be going with. There's no real need, we have residents up there with very sharp eyes, and they keep a watch over things. They are very territorial, after all, so little happens there without them knowing. So, want to take a nice little cruise?"

Well, you already asked, guess you might as well commit. Walking over, you grab yourself a bike and hop on. Just as your guide said, you barely push forward and the bike basically starts moving by itself. Wonder what will happen, and what you will meet... This is actually pretty exciting.
