You provide a little nudge

Jared's face is flushed red and he looks incredibly uncomfortable, not used to being in the center of attention or position of power. Judging from his relative young age, he must have pulled some strings to get the manager's job.

People in the coffee shop start to shout at Jared, making things even worse for him. The sweat on his forehead is visible, as are the pit stains on his shirt. Tired of standing around and waiting for him to grow some balls, you decide to give him a little nudge to move things along. There's also the fact that the crowd is getting a little rowdy and you don't want the situation to get out of hand.

Still invisible, you activate your mind control ring and creep over to Jared's side. "That's enough. You're going to become assertive and take charge of the situation. Tell the crowd to disperse and escort this woman to your office in the back. Do it now," you whisper into his ear.

Your command takes effect immediately as Jared takes a deep breath and suddenly looks more confident. He holds up his hands to calm everyone and speaks loudly and clearly, "Okay everyone, nothing to see here. Please, go back and enjoy your beverages. Coffee's on the house for everyone in line. Ma'am, the restroom is available now, go ahead," Jared says to the angry woman. Then, he motions to the back of the coffee shop and for Maria to go with him. "Miss, come this way, we'll sort this out in my office."

Maria nods furiously in agreement as she follows Jared, turning her back most of the people in the coffee shop and giving them a good view of her naked ass. Some of the men present cheer at the sight as the crowd starts to disperse and the angry woman from before goes into the restroom.
