A quiet area in the library with the imp to talk about the book

You head with the imp to a secluded study room near the back of the library. No one is around, and you doubt anyone will stumble upon you here.

You close the door and throw the book onto a nearby table.

“So…” you say, eyeing the naked imp suspiciously. “I take it that all of the weird sexual stuff that has been going on is related to you and this book. What are you? Some kind of supernatural goblin?”

The imp merely chortles and stands up on a chair to meet your gaze at eye level. His long, flaccid member dangles just below you.

“Yes,” he says with a grin, pointing to the book. “You’ve definitely found something here. Or more like, stolen something.”

“Oh! I’m sorry, I didn’t mean to take this from you. It was on the ground, and I just figured it was another library book.”

“No, you didn’t steal it from me,” replied the imp. “But... you are the master now!”

“What?” you say quickly, “Are you going to worship me, now? You’ll do whatever I say?” You look the imp over once more — whatever he is, he isn’t your type. “Look, I appreciate it and all, but..”

“No, no, no!” he laughs, “You are the master of The Tome!”

You stare at him. That means nothing to you.

“Eh, you’ll figure it out soon enough." He shrugs. "But yeah, this is a family heirloom of sorts that I like to keep an eye on, just in case. And that’s why you can see me now: the master of the tome observes that which lies beneath the surface of things. I tend to go unnoticed otherwise. I’m Diminutio, by the way. Junior Arch-Demon and Assistant Lord of Vice, Lust Division.”

The imp extends his hand, and as gross as it initially feels to be shaking the hand of a naked imp creature, you feel a strange warmth flow through your fingers and up your arm and into the rest of your body. A strange creature, no doubt, this imp is - magical and devious - but he doesn’t seem necessarily out to get you.
