You hear a knock at the door

Before you could get a good moment to yourself you hear a knock at the door. You don’t think Olivia would bother knocking so it must be someone else.

“Please! Open the door! I’m being chased! Please help me!” A slightly muffled feminine voice pleads through the door.

You can’t tell if it’s a voice you recognize or not because of how it sounded the door. Now this could be an obvious trap or someone actually needs help. The question is do you at least see who it is through the peep hole, open it up anyway, or just ignore it?
