You and Brian exchange puzzled glances as you shake her hand. "What does the Boston Globe care about who teaches at a private school," you ask.

"Not just a private school, Mr. Carter. One of the most exclusive private girl's schools in the country. The place that has graduated the daughters of the elite for over a century and a half. That's news, especially after last year's events."

Once again you look at Brian in confusion and see him shrug, his lack of knowledge written plainly on his face. The reporter looks at you with a frown for a moment, then shakes her head.

"You're serious. You really don't know do you? Well invite me to join you and I'll bring you up to speed." She stands looking at you, her purse slung over one shoulder waiting for your answer.

"Well, gentlemen?" she asks.
