Should you go there and defeat Nafsu, the Demon Lord of Lust, you shall acquire a fragment of the Holy Cutlass. If you can acquire all 7 pieces, you just need to take them to a blacksmith, who can fuse them to create the Holy Cutlass, making your final battle against Malum, the hellspawn bent on taking over the kingdom, much easier. He resides in the royal castle, separate from major towns. Take him down, and all of the monsters born from evil will fade to ash and return to the fiery hell from which they came. As you ponder these thoughts, you come to a fork in the road.
