You go to the armory
You go to the armory in the hope you could beat her to it. To your surprise, she is there, just grabbing a blaster, however as you raise the weapon to her chest, she does the same, locking you into a stalemate.
“I'm not putting this down,” Vette says. “You either shoot, or you lower it.”
