You go see the head doctor

All preparations with Lily complete, you get up and move further into the main examination room, where the head doctor is currently preparing her start of the day. You go inside and explain your presence to the woman, who appears to be in her late 40s. She understandably appears quite unhappy about it, but makes no attempt to contradict you.

"Now, there are two main reasons for why I chose a gynecologist in the first place," you explain to her. "First, there's few hotter things than fucking a helpless girl in stirrups, and secondly, your patient data means that I know the address of my dear victims. This will come in really handy for some extended fun." The doctor looked even more distraught about the fate that awaited her patients now. "The way this will work is as follows: you will conduct your exam as normal with me present as well. Afterwards I will rape the girls, and you will stand by. Your intern Lily will assist me. Understood? Great. Then lets get started with the first patient. Sharlotte should be arriving in about 5 minutes."
