You get bored and want a job

Yet another two weeks passed without you doing anything significant aside from lounging around, inviting Misa and Marihito to your house for the occassional social visit and doing your homework, and waking up to a sleeping Abirit in your bed after a long night of fulfiling sex.

But that had a limit.

"Gah, I'm bored," You complained.

With all your Summer homework pretty much done, games, TV and the internet had their limit in keeping you entertained, and lounging around in the house just wasn't cutting it.

And so, you resolved to take a part-time job.

"What's the matter?" Asked Abirit.

"It's getting boring here," You said, "I was thinking of getting a part-time job."

"Where?" Abirit asked.

"Somewhere not far, at least," You said, "Might be job-hunting for a few days."

Abirit kissed him, saying, "I'll be waiting for you at home."

Goddamnit, she's just too good a woman for anyone else, You thought, Maybe... aside from Dad.

"Appreciate it," You said, blushing like a little boy.

By some strange stroke of bad luck, most part-time jobs were already snatched up in the area, leaving you with previous few options. Convenience stores, supermarkets, and the like.

Whether it be scouting in person or on the Internet, your avenues had turned into a dark tunnel.

"What in the actual... how shitty is my luck?"

Rubbing your head in annoyance, you scroll through the few options left to you.

The first is at a construction site, mostly grunt work in driving goods or lifting them to storage spaces. You never liked how noisy construction sites were, and grunt work just wasn't for you.

The second is at a small convenience store at a highway rest area, working as a cashier. But it was too far for you and you didn't like going home to see Abirit already sleeping.

The third and final one, you had to admit, was not what you would normally choose as a job.

It was at a massage parlour just a five-minute walk from your place, but you never really worked at one before, and you sure as hell didn't know what a good massage felt like.

But these were the best (and maybe only) options you had for now.
