You feel lucky
Looking up from your tumble, you see not only are you practically on top of the Punk, your rope is still nearby. Thinking quick, you climb straddling her belly and take the lasso, wraping it around her left hand. She starts to realize her position, and attempts to push you off. This only helps you, as it gets her other hand closer to her tied one. Resisting her struggles, you adeptly wrap the rope around her right wrist, followed by wrapping around both and trying to tie it.
