You don't know right away...

You gasp for air and suddenly bolt upright from your lying position and find yourself sitting in your own bed, sheets soaked with sweat. You quickly look around and find that you seem to be fine. You?re not wearing the clothes you were a minute ago, just a pair of boxers like you usually sleep in.

Did you really visit that mysterious store, or was it all just a weird dream?

Looking at your clock, you see that it?s already time for you to get ready for school, so you climb out of bed and amble to the bathroom to do your duties. After you?re all cleaned up and dressed you head downstairs to see that your mom is already in the kitchen and getting ready to leave for her job. You mumble a quick ?morning? to her as you grab a box of Fruity O?s from the pantry and have just poured the milk into the bowl, when your mother says, ?Can you take out the garbage before you leave for school this morning? You forgot to do it last night.?

You were about to say that you weren?t going to have time, but instead the words that came out of your mouth were, ?Sure, Mom. Right away.? You feel your body begin to move on auto pilot and feeling like a passenger in your own body, watch as you grab the full kitchen trash bag and walk it outside. As soon as you drop it into the large trash bin outside, you feel the control come back into your body and you stand there in a daze, wondering what the hell just happened.
