You don't know if you can.
To be honest, you aren't even sure if you can engage in sexual activity in any capacity, let alone joining a pair of unlikely paramours in their sapphic games. You hadn't exactly ever checked to see if you had that kind of equipment equipped, if you could make a joke of it.
However, when you approach the pair, leaving your sword buried in the earth, a tiny pop-up informs you that you are now engaging in 'Sexual Content' and have 'temporarily unlocked' several new abilities for the duration of your engagement.
A quick check of these new abilities reveals them to be quite unique in nature. Fingering and teasing are two of the first on the list, whilst things like vaginal and anal are not yet unlocked. A small empty bar by each grayed out option reveals that these will have to be unlocked through some kind of experience, much like regular abilities.

You come into being as a low-level monster, the kind heroes chew through like popcorn. You know the drill, whether you're a player yourself or an artificial intelligence, and you're sick of it. You set out on your own quest: to defeat the heroes at any cost (or at least be an epic boss somewhere down the line).
