You're still recovering and the pain is still there, but you decide you won't be defeated. Picking up on subtle clue, you decide to counter-attack.

You look into the mirror and while admiring your reflection you ask "Do they look better on me?", which makes the sales woman lower her head and blush again in humiliation. "Of course. Madam!" she confirms in a defeated voice. Her efforts to bring you down through pain now seem completely futile.

Feeling sufficiently well, you walk into the store, pendants bouncing slightly as you walk, especially one above your clit giving you serious trouble. As you pass the door frame and emerge into a store and the owner almost whistles at your sight, stopping himself only last second.

"Thank you for your order Madam. Here's a care package." Owner says as he hands you the bag. "It contains replacement non-pendant rods, when you take the diamonds off you should replace them to keep the holes from closing up. Also apply this cream when you do." he presents.
