She could certainly be less trouble for you and the board's agenda if she was a ditzy airhead, or at the very least more agreeable, or maybe just lazy enough to let YOU and others take charge of the company's higher level activities. She looked like such an uptight woman...In all likelihood, it would take more than just one modification, but you don't need to know how to change her all at once.
