You Get A Choice.

You dont get to stand there and take in the amazing sight before you, because Lola has already taken off again leading you into the vilage. You follow behind her, but you continue to drink in the sights around you as best you can, there are many huts built on the ground and not on the side of the massive tree. One has smoke billowing from a hole in the roof, and a delicous smell is coming from it, another you notice has weapons around it, you would almost assume it a blacksmith, but it was missing anvil, and forge as well as all the weapons were wood. They looked as if they had grown into the perfect shape, further in you see a hut that has all sorts of herbs growing out the side, some sort of greenhouse maybe? You do not get to ask as you stand before the steps up the tree, Lola turns and looks at you, "this is going to be a long walk, I hope you're ready".

With that said you both begin the trek up the moutainous tree that they call home. At first you try and count each step that seems to have grown from the tree itself, as a way to make time pass, however you grow tired after 537. You decide a better way to pass time is by asking Lola more of your questions. "So Lola, you the way you said everything back there made me think that maybe I am not the first person on this island". You can not read any reaction from her face, she replies with "no you're not the first and I know for fact that you will not be the last". Your brow furrows at that remark, "how can you be so sure" you ask, "because what you do here is the very purpose of this island, if humans were to stop showing up, the island would soon dissappear". That notion made you scared, and a little sad, their whole purpose revovled around helping the humans that showed up? "Isn't that hard on you" you ask kindly, "maybe for some, but they number in the few, those who are chosen recieve a very happy life indeed, as well as our island never has trouble with war, famine, sickness or disasters".

You get ready to ask for more answers when she stops, and turns, leading you into a very large hut. When you step inside to lithe figures standing inside greet you with a bow, one is clearly female, she has small but supple breast, long straight green hair, pale, soft skin, and a dress that seems to be made of flowers. The other is slightly harder to tell, they have a small flat chest, very feminine curves, but also they're not wearing a dress and their green hair is pulled back into a ponytail. Lola gestures to the two people before you, "this is Nys" she says as her hands pass over the ponytailed one, "and Nyx" she says gesturing to the other, "and they are you first step toward going home". You look at her in complete confusion, she smiles with a grin that gives you a cold chill, "you will be sleeping with one of them" she clarifies. Your eyes open in shock as you shout "why", she grins again, "its the rules of course, you must of been with at least three of the islands inhabitants before the guardian will see you". Your mind is having a hard time making any sense of what is happening, "that does not really seem like a normal thing to do" you say in utter shock.

"Well the guardian always told me to explain it as, you can not know what you're favorite flavor is until you have had more than one" she says smugly. You gawk at her, "are you really fine being considered a flavor" you ask her, she lets out a laugh at your remark. "Ive told you before, are life is amazingly peaceful, and trust me when you figure out why you will agree with us". She goes on to say, "the only way to get home is by picking one, so who is going to be"? Nys straigtens up from his bow, his face is blazing red from blushing, he actually looks quite cute like that. "Please pick me and I promise you will feel better than you ever have before" he says in a soft, almost musical tone. Nyx straigtens up as well, her cheeks are red as well, "no pick me and we can go as long as you want, you can have me any way you can inmagine" she says, seems she's much more forward. It seems like no matter one, you can't get anywhere without picking one.
