You're definitely pregnant [Bad End]

You find out the next morning that Clara is already more than seven months pregnant with her first orc child and Joan is nursing her sixth. As you spend your mornings in front of the tent with the two of them, you share your histories and tips on life with the orcs. Clara was a simple farmer's daughter before her home was raided by the orcs about eight months ago. Joan, on the other hand, used to be an adventurer years ago, just like you! She was a ranger before her party unexpectedly ran into some orcs on their way back from a successful mission.

All that was in the past, however, as now the three of you only exist to breed new orcs. Dular makes sure you are bred, bringing you into his bedchambers every evening for over a week to fill you again. Clara is too pregnant to service your master in such a way, but that is why he has several women. After he seems to be satisfied that you have been bred, he often has you and Joan service him together, taking turns with your various holes to release his pent-up lust. At least you are treated kindly and fed well - your master wants to make sure you give him strong offspring, after all.

Weeks turn into months, and you quietly hope that your period would come. It never does, though, and you soon accept the reality of being pregnant with an orc baby. Joan reassures you that it's not too difficult, and if there are any troubles you run into, she will be able to help.

Clara's baby is soon ready to be born, and you and Joan both help Clara deliver it. The delivery goes easier than you expected, and she gives birth to a healthy half-orc boy. Joan looks less than enthusiastic about it, however, and the two of you are soon ushered away by several large orcs. You and Joan never see Clara or her baby ever again.

Eventually the days begin to blend together, each one the same as the last. The only thing that notes the days progressing is Joan's growing baby and your growing belly and breasts. When you are about 6 months pregnant, Joan's child is weaned off of her breast and taken to begin learning with the other orc children. For the next week after that, you are left alone outside the tent every night as you hear Dular impregnating her for hours on end. You cannot help but play with yourself while you listen, Joan's neverending screams of pleasure driving your hormones wild.

Several more months pass by, and soon your due date is near. Though Joan is several months pregnant herself, she becomes more and more attentive to you and your now bulging belly. For the first time in a long time, you think back about Clara. Her belly was nowhere near as large as yours is now, but you hope your delivery will be as easy as hers was.

When the day finally comes, Joan is by your side the whole way. She walks you through everything and makes the whole experience much easier to deal with. Though you expected the pain that would come with childbirth, you did not expect the blissful afterglow of holding your newborn orc child in your hands. You just birthed a big, strong orc for Dular, and the only feeling that fills you as you bring the baby to your nipple is a deep desire to do it again.
