Tommy shakes his head as the three teens are led away. "Don't that beat all?" Then he looks at the shorter girl, "Thanks Carissa. Saved my ass there girl."

The girl lifts her head off of Kathryn's shoulder, "Huh? What do you mean?"

"I'd have been going to jail if you hadn't stepped in. Thank you. And thank you for being a true friend to my sister."

"Y-you're welcome, sir." Carissa says, her face streaked with tears.

Kathryn looks at the girl, "Do you need a lift home now?"

Carissa nods, "Yeah, Corey was my ride, I doubt he'll let me in his car, and I don't care. He kept pressuring me anyway."

You look at the girl with a tilt to your head, "Pressuring?"

"You know...to...to do it." Carissa says, her face now crimson in embarrassment.

"Ah, yes. Kids. I remember when I was a kid. Of course..."

Tommy snorts, "He had no trouble with the gals what with him being the quarterback."

You shake your head, "Are you kidding me? Why would I want a chick that would give it up that easily? Probably why I fell in love with..." You pause and look at Courtney for a second, "Who I fell in love with." You finish, a little lamely. "Cuz she always called me on when I was getting a big head about it."

Tommy nods at that as Kathryn smiles, "Well, I'm off in ten minutes now, you all ready to go?" Kathryn says, her arm still around Carissa.
