After a few rings the mayor picks up. “Hello?”

“Hello Mr. Prince” you said trying to sound professional. “My name is John and I was wondering if we could discuss about you signing over your masion over to me”

You hear him thinking it over. You wear about to say something when he finally replies. “Will Mr. John I’d love to discuss this with you but I’m in the middle of an important meeting right now. Maybe another time”

You wear thinking of telling him to just skip the meeting when you have an idea. “I understand sir, so how about we discuss it over dinner at your place tomorrow”

“Wonderful idea Mr. John, I’ll tell my personal chief to start cooking right now” Mayor Prince replied.

“Great I’ll see you at 6 pm” you say as you hang up. Now you’ll be able to check out your new masion and get a high class meal on top of that. You look back at the balding man. “Thank you for your assistance sir. Now if you’ll excuse me I have to get ready for a diner meeting with the mayor” You sit up and your about to leave when you look back. “Oh, and I’ll be taking your daughter with”

“Ok sir, have a good time” he said as nods.

You pull up to the masion in your Mercedes. Its a little over 8000 square feet and three stories tall. More then enough room for your project. You walk up to the masion and knock on the door and Mayor Prince answers. “Ah you mst be John” he says as he shakes your hand. “It’s a pleasure to meet you sir”

“You as well” you reply as he lets you in. As he leads you to the dinning room you see a few maids walking around. With a masion this big they have to have people cleaning constantly. You enter the dinning room and see a spread of salad, pasta and a bottle of wine. “So let’s discuss about you signing over the masion”
