The girls look to each other and nod "yeah we would love to try this out" Anko says. the barmaid smiles happily and leads them to a door to the side, following her they are lead outside where there are a few steel targets and a large clearing.

The girls spend a few hours trying out their amplified chakra, sakura working on her strength seeing how much she can do with it and trying out a few basic jutsu attacks. Temari testing her wind attacks and how many times she can use summons. and Anko testing out a range of jutsu to see how each is effected.

By the time they are done they found that the strength of their attacks was more than doubled along with the length of time they can maintain attacks for. But they find themselves very drained at the end of it, likely a side effect of the drink.
