When you walk out, you present Lucy with the terms and conditions and she signs it without reading it much as most people do. You swallow to hide your grin and turn away so she doesn't see your boner rise in anticipation of what you would make her do.

"Well then, this way. I'll show you the house and your things. If you want, you can start today or tomorrow." I told her, putting away the contract.

"Lets start right here. We're in the living room, the dining room is over there, you will eat with me by the way. I won't have you being shy with me or eating separately. That room is the study, it's connected to the library. You only need to dust there and wipe down the reading areas. But unreasonal to ask more, if you would like to read go ahead but do take good care of the books. I love books." I told her.

"Moving on this way, there's the swimming pool outside and the deck. I will help you clean the pool area once every two weeks, it's a bit much to do alone. For now just sweep the grounds of leaves and trash, mop the ground and keep it clean. You will need to make your own schedule on cleaning the house which reminds me, you get two days off every two weeks, just inform me beforehand."

We go through the kitchen, the guest rooms, my rooms, the toilets. I show her where things are kept in the house that she will need and tell her to just ask if she wanted anything. We finished off with her room. Along the way I casually explained about the requests I could make and her way out, I knew I had been casual enough when she hardly paid attention to it.

Lucy turned around and thanked me again, saying it was the best job she'd ever had. I smiled at her and tolf her not to worry about it. Then I said, ah yes, my first condition of working here, uniform on at all times unless I say so." I open a dresser and show her several sets of uniforms and basic plain clothing.

"These should fit you. Wear one and I'll see you downstairs in a bit." I hid a grin. Today would be fun.
