Yes with time to spare

She flew faster than she ever had in her entire life. Never in any battfield had she ever been on had she been this terrified; not even when she was sent on suicide missions had her heart been ready to give out of sheer terror, but it was at the thought that her precious Charles was going to get hurt.

Luckily, with time to spare, she quickly got Charles, who was still out dead to the world. She would remember how deep of a sleeper he was for later and picked him up in her arms before making her way to a shuttle bay on the other side of the ship away from the battle with the league, who, with the element of surprise and the power of sheer brute ****, were tearing through their defenses like paper.

So once she had secured Charles in a shuttle ready to take off in a moment, she noticed if anything went wrong. Even programming the AI to take off in case several emergency situations occurred, she made her way back to her fellow Thanagarians to lead them against the just league, hoping to stop their push with the combo of rear attack and a crossfire as she led the soilders she gathered to the transport platform while following the just league's path of destruction.

Sadly, she was too late, as Shayera had given them the security code for the transport beam before they left the prison section of the ship. Which meant by the time she arrived to ambush them on both sides of the transport beam, where they should have been held up hacking the device, they were instead long gone.

They didn't have to wonder where they went through the captain quickly calling in to ask how the Justice League had gotten out. When she informed him of shayera betrayals, he accused her of lying and was probably a few moments away from having her shot by her followers on charges of treason. When she provided the raw footage showing Shayera releasing the Justice League.

The captain, enraged at the betrayal, ordered Paran to secure the ship while he dealt with the league. Of course, giving no apology for almost having her shot for the crime of questioning his cheating girlfriend's loyalty, but Paran followed orders anyway, ordering the most damaged sectors closed off and repair crews to the most vital areas, while the captain pretended to defend the generator but actually was trying to have a duel with Green Lantern over Shayera.

So while Paran was securing the escape route for thousands of Thanagarian soilders, the captain ended up getting slammed into the conductor for the generator and getting electrocuted to near ****. His loyal guard got him out and back onto the ship, but with the generator down and the ship out of action, the earth now had the upper hand because they no longer had to worry about being bombarded from orbit or trying to get through energy shields, which means the Thanagarians fund themselves outnumbered by about a million to one.

So yeah, the biggest advantage the Thanagarians had was the earthlings were trying to work out who got to wipe them out first, giving them a day at most. Luckily, Paran worked well under pressure, and she quickly moved all personal, abandoning any equipment they couldn't move quickly in order to escape within half a day.

By a combination of luck, skill, and prayer, the Thanagarians managed to evacute earth and make their way away before any earthling could pursue them while they were still in orbit. They made a course for Thanagar, the home world of the Thanagarian race, to inform them of what happened and ask for new orders.

While they made their trip, the captain recovered in an emergency care pod. The attitude among most of the crew and all of theanding forces changed towards him because, sadly for him, a few Thanagarians had been there for his confrontation with Green Lantern, and while they had stayed back at order, they were close enough to hear everything. Which means they heard about how the captain was more concerned about his cheating whore than his man or the future of his people.

For you see, the failure of this generator had done massive damage to them. For the Thanagarian empire had dumped most of its resources into this super weapon, which was now destroyed, and with it, the Thanagarians were on the backfoot and now **** to the Gordians.

Sadly, this little slip up in priorities for the captain caused loyalty towards him to drop to an all-time low, with only a few die hard among his personal guards being still loyal. Which means his second paran effectively became captain in all but name, as she was the one that had secured their exit and saved them from being overrun by the vengeful armies of earth. This meant more than a few were going to put forward requests in change of command when they got home.
