You call up a maid service and they answer "Hello, this is Marcy's maid service, how can we help you?" You say "Hello I wish to get someone sent over to clean and pack my apartment for a move, please throw out anything that is not worth keeping and can be replaced" they reply "yes sir, address please".

You leave the apartment with your suits, you get into your new car and start driving towards your work. Just before you pass your work, you see for sale sign on a house.

You turn into the drive way and step into the house, they are having an openhouse. You talk to the owners and they are full of themselves and based on your tshirt and shorts they are quoting crazy prices.

It looks like they need to be taught a lesson. You say "I wish to buy this house for tenth of it's value." They agree to sell it fully furnished. You make them agree to move out by tomorrow when you come to sign for it.

You get back into your car and drive toward the mall.
