Does she decide to stay?
Yes. She has .
As you listened to her recant the tale of the city condemning the house she was renting, you couldn't help but sympathize. It was a truly shitty situation. Luckily it had happened fairly early on and she didn't have much stuff to move out of the condemned house. She didn't have much of anything at all really, which was probably a good thing for her since she didn't have much room in the former office space you designated as her room. Her move was fairly uneventful. You had met her boyfriend, Justin, who had seemed like a pretty chill guy. You were definitely going to get along with him. After her move was finished you collectively decided to grab some dinner and get to know each other a little better.
During dinner you had learned that she was "in between opportunities" as she called it, which basically meant she didn't have a job. She had enough money to pay for her portion of the security deposit but that was about it. Justin said he was going to be able to help her until she got another job but she was going to have to contribute something. She was just focused on making sure she had shelter and figured she would sort out the rest later. You assured her that you didn't really care how she got her share of the rent, as long as she got it. Your roommate agreed.
The first month flew by without major incident. Your classes were going well enough and you had managed to meet a few new people along the way. At home everyone was starting to find a routine. Because you both had class at the same time you had accidentally run into Jessica wearing nothing but a towel on a few occasions. She had also accidentally seen you make your way to the bathroom with morning wood. You couldn't tell for sure without your glasses but you could have sworn her gaze lingered on your rod for just a bit. You shrugged it off as you reading too much into it and finished your business. It was nice having a girl around. Especially an attractive one. Unfortunately for Jessica, she wasn't able to find a job before the first month's rent was due.
Does Jessica ask you for a favor?
