Queen Freya- Current wife of Lord Frederick the usurper, while considered a threat you know she must have her own motives. See Family tree for more details.

Lord Frederick- A conniving and ambitious man, the center of your struggle to regain your throne. Your uncle was always jealous of your father's crown but as brothers your father felt it wrong to harm him and be labeled a "kinslayer". Unfortunately he didn't share the sentiment, conspiring with your enemies to kill your father and seize power, as the sole person who can challenge his rule it is only a matter of time before he removes you. A determined foe and formidable fighter, one should never underestimate his willingness to do whatever is necessary to keep his power. A feared commander and formidable swordsman, his skill in combat and leading troops is not to be underestimated.

Cousin Silva- The son of your uncle Frederick. He serves as his Marshall, commander of his armies. His cruelty in battle is only outweighed by his thirst for torturing captives in the aftermath. While his skill as a tactician is lacking, he never commits to a battle without certainty of victory. He prefers demoralizing and degrading his opponents capabilities through other means before he strikes. While not a formidable fighter like you or his father, he certainly can hold his own in battle and only selects the most skilled mercenaries and champions to serve as his bodyguard who never leave his side.

Cousin Aria- Your Uncle Frederick's daughter, a spirited woman who rejected the social norm of women to act as political bargaining chips in marriage and became a warrior. Over time she gained notoriety serving alongside her cousin Silva, though she found it difficult to understand his sanguine nature. She now serves as the commander of Lord Frederick's guard and his chancellor.

Enzo the Assassin- A mysterious and determined foe. Hired by your uncle to remove you as a threat to his ascension to the throne. Little is known about him, but he comes from the land of Silica from the south. Rumor is that he is the most deadly assassin and skilled spy money can buy and after removing his hand, your uncle has lost control of him, his task of killing you becoming personal.

Rahua – A captive from the far North. She, along with Azar and Heqet were part of a Sultan's caravan raided by King Skall. She, along with Heqet, were taken in by your uncle Lord Frederick. She was trained as a female gladiator, to fight and die in the arena. Since her rescue she has dedicated her life, body and soul t Lord Frederick, with whom she is madly in love. Since then she has served as Lord Frederick's bed warmer and bodyguard. She often accompanies him in battle, seen holding his standard on occasion. She is a tall, muscular woman and her pale body is covered in tattoos and piercings. She favors a two handed sword which she cuts down men with ease.

Heqet – A captive from the far south. She, along with Azar and Rahua were part of a Sultan's caravan that was raided by King Skall. She, along with Rahua, were taken in by your uncle Lord Frederick. She was trained as a guard for Sultan's wife so she never knew freedom. The only life she knows is that of a **** serving her master. After her rescue, she easily acknowledged Lord Frederick as her master and since then, she served him both in bed and as an bodyguard. She is a short, slender, and tan skinned woman. She can usually be seen carrying an exotic looking pair of axes.

Regina – Lady Regina of Herreshoff is the leader of Warriors of the Serene, a veteran unit of soldiers fanatically loyal to the Queen. Her mother was Queen Freya's handmaiden. When Regina was but a child she fell sick on unknown disease. The Queen paid for a physician who cured her but the disease made her hair is of two colours – the original brunette and the other blonde. People say that her blonde hair is the proof of how close she was to ****. After Regina's mother **** she was taken under Freya's wing and when she came of age, she was given a minor title and her ancestral land of Herreshoff. For all that the Queen has done for her she is fanatically loyal to Freya, to the point she would even kill herself on her benefactor's command. She's a woman of average height with an athletic body and round breasts. Regina is skilled fighter, able tactician and ruthless commander.
