"I am, Chancellor, but there are a few conditions I need to set," John replied.

"Within reason, of course," she replied.

"First, I reserve the right to refuse to have sex with a particular woman for whatever reason. Connected with that is that I might need to physically rest in between each...sessions. I don't want a woman forcing herself on me or acting impatient."

The Chancellor nodded. "Hence the armed guards. But we do need to repopulate the planet."

John nodded. "I understand. The second condition is that I get to select a few women to have sex with during a certain time frame. For example, let's take the next couple of weeks. During the course of that time period, you can select a certain number of women, and I'll choose up to two during that time period. And then I rest for a week or so, and then you choose another group, and so forth. With me?"

She nodded. "I think that's reasonable."

"Good. Finally, I'm not going to be responsible for their upbringing. If I have to help repopulate the Earth, it's physically and mentally impossible for me to be a good father to all the children conceived. Those are the conditions. Do you accept?"
