The newspaper your father read has several parts. There is a local part about sunset hills and one about your old hometown. Looking at it you even see a very short article about the **** of your mother. But it contains nothing new. Only the information that a local doctor from a social clinic was killed in her home and nothing was stolen. The police investigation is still going and the victim leaves behind a daughter. But the newspaper mentions neither the FBI, nor your Father or your disappearance.

On the one hand this is understandable, since the FBI prefers to stay secret and your father is officially not related to the case. On the other hand, you are quite sure one of your fathers’ henchmen called all newspapers in the area and either bribed to threatened the journalists to keep things quiet. Thinking about it, it’s also possible your father somehow owns the newspaper. It wouldn’t surprise you.

After the local parts for five different regions, you see a sport part, a part with finance news and a few sites advertising. Behind the advertisements, there is a double page with obituaries and one with job offers. You sigh. Why does it have to be at the end of the fucking newspaper? You skip the offers for full time workers and see some standard jobs for little money like delivery guy, garden worker, waitresses in restaurants and even a cinema looks for help.

There also is a QR-code that allows you to download an app with all job offers in your area. If there is a chance for you to work, you can apply for the job and work some hours. Because you are a student and have to keep an eye open for your fathers criminal activities you decide to not get a deeper work relationship right now.
