Yes, she calls him

Kennedy’s heart fluttered as she picked up her phone and punched in the number from the business card. What kind of man was Eric Langer? She knew he had a nice smile, and that he had saved her ass from further ravishments. He worked as a sales rep and was likely in town on a business trip. But that was all.

However, if she let him down, he could turn her in tomorrow. It would be his word against hers, and it would all come down to Lawrence’s mood. And Lawrence was more likely to believe a well-dressed customer than a waitress, especially as she wasn’t a very good liar.

Weighting her options, she took a deep breath and pushed ‘dial’.

It took a few moments for the phone to be picked up.

“Eric Langer, who’s calling?”

Kennedy introduced herself as the waitress from Classio Diner, and heard the official tone melt away from his voice.

“Ah yes, the girl so eager to get out of trouble that she threw herself at the mercy of a stranger.” It could have sounded menacing, but Kennedy thought she heard a note of playfulness in his voice… or perhaps it was her hope that got the better of her.

Eric Langer continued: “I’m staying at the Mayour Hotel, room 341. Just walk right up, I’ll be waiting.” And then he hung up, not even bothering to wait for her reply.

Kennedy did a quick online search for the Mayour Hotel. She got in her cheap and small, but functional car, and drove there.

As she entered the lobby, she doublechecked the address. In her ordinary clothes, just a simple white top over jeans, she felt very much out of her depth. Her meager waitress pay did not allow her much room for luxuries, and she had never stayed anywhere as expensive as a hotel. And this one looked expensive. The lobby had a few sofas and small tables scattered around. In the corner stood a pillory, supposedly for punishment of staff. It was of elegant dark wood with tasteful red leather straps. Nobody was using it now, but the mere sight made her think back on her recent punishments, and she felt a tingle run down her spine.

Kennedy didn’t know the first thing about hotel, but she could recognize a reception when she saw one. She walked over and waited patiently as the receptionist finished a call. The receptionist was a cute blonde, her almost transparent shirt displaying an impressive set of tits, obviously unbothered by a bra.

“Excuse me. I’m looking for room 341?”

The receptionist gave her an elevator stare before answering. “Just take the elevator to third floor and follow the signs.”

Kennedy mumbled an embarrassed “thank you” and moved to the elevator. As she left the lobby, the hotel still looked clean, but the halls were nowhere near as elegant, merely functional. She took the elevator to third floor, and easily found room 341.

Taking a deep breath, she knocked twice and waited.
