Yes, quite easily actually

The **** pokemon made a terrible mistake by attacking Roseo directly, that just made it easier for him to wrap each of then with one of his vines, the 2 villians tried to struggle against the powerful grass entanglement but they prove to be helpless against the strong whips.

"I'm almost dissapointed, after hearing you defeat a protection guild team, I was expecting something better from you" Roseo mocked them as he lift them off from the ground and slamed them against each other, both getting knocked out as their heads were smashed against each other.

"Don't worry Adva, these guys aren't a trouble after all" Roseo said to reasure her, Adva was amazed at how strong Roseo was, she felt very lucky to have such a strong pokemon protecting her.

"wow you're incredible Roseo, you beat those creep like it was nothing" Adva complimented him.

"Thanks, I guess I do work out" Roseo responded appreciating the compliment, then he added "I'm going to have to take them to town so they can be arrested, so for now we unfortunatly will have to keep this perverts with us, sorry for that I'm sure you don't want them anywhere near you" he said worried that may be too uncomfortable for Adva.

"Is ok, I understand you can't leave peo- I mean pokemon like these roaming around, I don't mind, especially now that I see how strong you're" Adva responded now feeling pretty safe next to Roseo.

Not too long after that they arrived to town, the pokemon there didn't salute Roseo much at that moment since they saw he had captured some wanted perverted pokemon that he was taking to the guild so they'll face justice.

Once there they arrived to a big Tower which had a sign that said "Protection guild Koraidon", as they entered they arrived to the reception desk which was attended by massive purugly that covered her top unlike most pokemon there but her bottom was still uncovered.

"Wow Roseo, is that the Skwovet that... well you know... to the spark sisters?" She asked him in amazement to his accomplishment

"Yeah he and that Stufful tried to did the same to me and my new friend Adva" He informed the receptionist, Adva felt surprised but also pleased to hear that Roseo consider her a friend.

"Wow, you're amazing Roseo, maybe you should join the guild" the Purugly suggested.

Roseo actually consider it with the rise of **** pokemon, protection guild member were more and more neccesary lately "Maybe I should but who could I join with? all guild members need to be on a team right?" he pointed out.

"Why not your sobble friend there" she suggested pointing at Adva which took a step back in surprise.

"ME?!" she practically screamed in shock.

"Would you Adva? a water-type like you could be a great compliment for a grass-type like me, together we could stop more of these evil abusers from hurting inocent pokemon" Roseo added considering what the purugly proposed.

"I-I don't know..." Sobble said, she didn't thought she would be strong enough to be of any help and she didn't wanted to end up ****, especially not if it would be her first time, but on the other hand she didn't wanted anyone at all to be abused like that, if her new body was really strongh enough to do something to help prevent that then she felt it was her duty to do so.
