“Morgan Hamilton, you have been found guilty of numerous crimes against the crown and the good people of this hamlet, including pickpocketing, theft, breaking & entering, banditry, assault and piracy. If this weren’t enough you also stand guilty of crimes against nature and the gods, among which include indecent attire unbecoming a lady, fornication, being party to a rape of a royal squire & noble lady and the disgusting sin of lesbianism.”
The crowd hypocritically boos as the charges are read. Once quieted the herald continues.
“Therefore you have been condemned to be sold at the slave auctions for a life of hard servitude with the proceeds going to the king’s treasury. Considering the severity and frequency of your crimes you are also justly ordered to endure a day of public torment. Therefore today you will be flogged, whipped and tortured as any male bandit, thief or pirate would. However, since your offenses also include sexual perversions so wicked in nature mere physical torture will not suffice. Hence the whipmaster is also ordered to degrade, humiliate and punish you in a sexual nature.”
Turning to the crowd the herald speaks to the mob. “Let this assembly be warned that the acts to be inflicted on the prisoner today will not only be violent, but also extremely pornographic in nature. The normal decency laws have been waved this day so the prisoner maybe made an example of so that no woman will dare to act in a similar fashion again.”
The herald’s serious tone is met with a shout from the mob. “Well get on with it already,” followed by laughs and applauses.
Ignoring the masses the herald bows to the judge and sits down.
The judge looks at you. “Does the condemned have any last works before the torture begins?”
