Yes, but not without a minor incident

Candace kept both hands on the borrowed blazer, her sole piece of clothing, as she made the embarrassing trek to baggage claim. One kept the top of the jacket held together to prevent her breasts from popping out. The other held down the hem of the garment, trying to keep her pussy just barely out of sight. It wasn't the easiest thing to maintain, given that any time she stumbled or needed to open a door, she had to remove one or both of her hands. But before she could ponder that scenario for much longer, Candace felt something tugging at her sleeve. She glanced down and saw that the end of the blazer's sleeve had gotten snagged on the corner of a sign on the wall. She quickly began trying to tug it free, but the hooked threads were caught good. All Candace accomplished was fraying and slightly unraveling the edge of the sleeve. Getting frustrated, the girl gave a much fiercer yank of the sleeve.

This successfully dislodged the blazer from the sign, leaving a mess of dangling threads on the sleeve. But this success also had the unintended side effect of popping off the blazer's button in the process. And that had been the sole button on the blazer to begin with. Candace's face flushed a deep red as the jacket billowed open, fully exposing her body. She hastily grabbed the two sides of the blazer and pulled them closed, hoping nobody from the crowd thirty or so feet away had seen her.

Her heart began racing all over again, and any thoughts she'd had about making her way over to the crowd vanished. As the baggage carousel finally began clattering into motion, Candace resolved to wait until most (or perhaps even all) of the passengers had left before she went to retrieve her bag and coat. After all, it wasn't going to be easy grabbing her bulky bag one handed. And doing so with two hands was now going to leave her quite exposed...
